I should be an iPhone for Halloween! I went to staples and bought some foam board and Velcro ( ~$20), some aluminum foil and spray adhesive from work (~$6) , and printed all the icons and marking @ Kinkos (excuse, me FedEx Office). Total cost about $35. Not bad for how it came out:
